My mentorship gives you a confidential, judgment-free space to step back from the day-to-day, talk honestly about what is happening and decide what needs your attention first. You will leave our conversations with greater clarity, practical actions and the confidence to lead rather than simply react.

My experience spans dental reception, practice management, business management, operations, patient experience and marketing. I have managed practice mergers, overseen complete renovations, introduced new systems and supported 20% year-on-year turnover growth within a private practice. This is not theory. It is guidance grounded in the decisions, conversations and growing pains of real practice life.

Alongside one-to-one mentoring, Practice Manager Support Days will create time away from the daily demands of the practice to learn, reflect and connect with other managers who understand the role. These practical days will combine focused teaching, honest discussion, problem-solving and clear actions to take back to the practice.
